圖形記錄 (Graphic recording) 也有人稱為圖形式引導 (Graphic facilitation) 是在會議和活動期間，將對話轉換為圖像和文本的紀錄方式，研究數據顯示，大部分的人對於圖形產生的印象，或比語言或文字記憶深刻，圖文記錄既可以是過程也可以是結果，透過圖像紀錄的方式，甚至可以引導加強會議內容關聯性，找出沒有被注意到的細節。
我使用簡易圖像紀錄內容重點，了解內容後將主要的項目簡化後繪出，並嘗試找出彼此間的關聯性，在足夠了解內容的情況，將英文內容翻譯成中文圖像。
